Pix3l 3D creates high-quality 3D printed products, including festival accessories, organizers, gaming items, decor, and custom-made designs. Every product is carefully produced and inspected before shipping.
Are your products really 3D printed?
Yes. All products are designed and manufactured in-house using high-quality 3D printers and carefully selected materials to ensure durability and great finish quality.
Can I customize a product?
Absolutely! Many of our products can be customized with:
- Names or text
- Colors
- Size adjustments
- Small design modifications
If you want something custom-made, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How long does production take?
Since many products are made to order, production usually takes between 1–5 business days depending on the product and current demand.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Pix3l 3D ships to multiple countries across Europe. Shipping times and costs depend on the destination.
What materials do you use?
We mainly use high-quality PLA and PLA+ materials, selected for their durability, finish quality, and everyday usability.
Are the products heat resistant?
PLA products should not be exposed to very high temperatures for long periods (for example inside a hot car), as the material may deform.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted for non-customized products within the applicable legal return period, as long as the item is unused and in good condition.
Customized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our side.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Can colors vary from the photos?
Yes. Due to screen differences and the nature of 3D printing, slight color or finish variations may occur between products.
Will every product look exactly the same?
3D printing is a layer-based manufacturing process, so small surface lines or minor variations may naturally appear. This is part of the unique character of each piece.
Do you accept custom or business projects?
Yes! We work with both individual customers and businesses. We can help with custom products, prototypes, branding items, and small production runs.
Does the CupLok fit every festival cup?
CupLok is designed to fit most reusable festival cups commonly used at events and festivals. If you are unsure about compatibility, feel free to contact us with your cup dimensions before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email whenever tracking is available.
